Add/Change additional address

You are requesting to Add/Change additional address under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA). We provide this service for a $99 CAD service fee.

The additional address is intended solely for those corporations that prefer to receive general correspondence from the government (including annual return reminder notices) at an address that is different from the corporation’s registered office address. Note that, if the corporation has subscribed to receive annual return reminder notices by email, the government will continue to send the reminders by email. 

In accordance with the Canada Business Corporations Act, official documents will always be sent to the corporation at its registered office address. Completing this request will NOT change the registered office address of the corporation. To change the registered office address, you should select our other service "Change of Registered Office Address". A corporation is required to file a change of registered office address within 15 days of the change.

Although the Privacy Act protects the information you provide through this form, public disclosure of any information that is required to be sent under the Canada Business Corporations Act is permitted under the Privacy Act. The information provided will be stored in the online government database.
